CREATING AN ACCOUNT |

In order to use Seleco's online work request system you must first create an account.
You can create an account by clicking on the 'create account' link on the bottom of
the left menu. This will present a form where you enter contact information about your
company and the people who will primarily be dealing with Seleco staff. It is important
that you ensure this data is correct and up to date as it will be used by Seleco staff
to fullfill work requests.
There is an optional section to record billing details if you prefer.

MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR DETAILS |

To access your details or to make a work request you must first log into the Seleco system. You
do this by entering your username and password combination into the login box on the left hand side
of the screen. Once you have been authenticated the message box immediately below the login prompt will change, now presenting the links to "Manage Account" and "Manage Sites"
towards the bottom. The "Manage Account" link takes you to a screen that presents the current contact and billing
information that you have previously provided to Seleco. Here you can (and should) keep your contact details up to date
as they will be used to pre-fill your requests when you make them. You can change your password here as often as desired
and the email address used for the password reminders and all notifications is also changed here.
The "Manage Sites" link opens a page with a drop down list of all the sites that you currently have entered into the Seleco system.
Before you can make a work request for a particular site you must create it here first. Any contact information for foremen or
points of contact are changed here. To add a new site to the list, select the "Create new site" option from the drop down list.

MAKING A WORK REQUEST |

To make a Work Request to Seleco simply click on the work request link on the top menu.
To place a work request you must be logged into the Seleco system so if you are not already,
the login prompt will now appear. Enter your details then click the work request link again.
Work Requests can only be made during business hours, these are 8:00am - 5:00pm AEST Monday - Friday.
If you click on the work request link outside of business hours a display page will appear in instead.
